I was feeling very low after being in two different hospitals. I was in great pain both physically and emotionally. That is when Deb came on the scene. She was so compassionate and the picture of professionalism. She helped me make a pain management plan which helped so much. She gave me a heating pad for my severe backache. She made my bed fresh. She gave me aromatherapy. I felt like I was royalty. Never have I had such good care. I am a retired LPN and know what it takes to give this kind of treatment. Deb and her student nurse were all of the above and more to me.
