When Debora speaks, she demonstrates a calm, caring, relaxed professional demeanor. Her knowledge base, extraordinary nursing skills and insight into how to be effective within an often chaotic atmosphere is truly an asset to the providers, the staff, and most importantly the clients with encounters on a daily basis. Debora's leadership within the department brings proactive, organized and lean thinking. She has developed and implemented a variety of quality service lines. I feel her most prized accomplishment is the Suboxone Clinic. She has spent countless hours developing, fine tuning, and implementing an outstanding program that truly is dedicated to keeping the client first while supporting the clinic and community needs. Debora is always open to thinking outside of the box as long as the process includes safety and quality care for the client.
Over the years I have received many positive calls regarding the services that Debora provides on a daily basis. One call, in particular, that sticks in my mind was a call from a client Deborah had spoken to prior to the client receiving ECT treatment. The client stated that Debora's professionalism, patience, and her soft and caring voice empowered the client to feel safe, secure, and confident in going through the ECT treatment.
The past year has brought Debora through some very challenging times, however, she has never wavered from her commitment to being the most amazing nurse. I am truly blessed to work with this most amazing woman!
