I would like to appreciate and commend the hard work, dedication, and valuable quality care that Debbie has been and continues to provide to patients and their families. There have been many instances in which I have witnessed Debbie go above and beyond to ensure patients are safe and pleased with ECRMC. Debbie has created a safe-zone for patients, aids in open communication, and has provided quality care to patients by going above and beyond (completing bed baths, aiding to the restroom, completing peri-care, feeding patients safely, ambulating patients in hallways, competing oral care, singing happy birthday to patient), and provides thorough education to the patients and their families. Debbie is an excellent example of what it is to be a Registered Nurse and has inspired others to be part of the nursing family and career. Not only is Debbie a great nurse to patients, but is an amazing and professional coworker as she creates a positive environment that illuminates the halls. Debbie is rapid to respond to call lights, rapid to check on her patients when the alarms turn on, prioritizes patients and their safety and comes to work with a smile despite unfortunate life events. It is a true honor and privilege to work alongside Debbie and to witness the incredible work ethic and compassion she has innately.
