I have been coming in twice a week for infusions for a few weeks now and I always walk in and immediately get a smiling greeting from Debbie. Every time she comes in to check on me, she offers snacks and drinks and makes sure I am okay. She genuinely cares about my well-being and the well-being of my parents more than any other nurse I have met. She is kind and makes me laugh. I dread coming in to get infusions, but she validates my pain and condition and makes everything okay. I get cold very easily and every time I come in, I have a blanket waiting for me. She has moved me away from the cold seat just for my comfort. Debbie is an incredible nurse, and I am happy to have had her for infusions. I do not think I would have made it out so happy without her.

Nurse Debbie was made aware of my daughter's high anxiety about poking, prodding, and needles. She was not only patient, but she also explained the process, which sparked my daughter's inquisitive mind. My daughter loves science! Nurse Debbie did all of this to remain professional, courteous, proficient, confident and sincerely caring. Bravo!
