I nominate Deb Court for the DAISY Award because of her incredible abilities as a caring and competent nurse. Deb has the ability to multi-task under stress, while at the same time, care for her patients as if she has all the time necessary to listen and meet their needs. Recently, as an outpatient surgery patient with no family support, she took time from her day off to be with me – picking me up and staying before, during, and after. Even bringing me home until further care arrived.
