Debe not only took care of my wife, but when she bathed her, she also washed and fixed her hair and painted her nails. After returning from her off days, Debe arranged to come by, and again washed and fixed my wife's hair.
When Debe first began caring for my wife, we had been in the CICU for more than a week. We had family in the area who took care of my laundry (our home is 3 hours away). My laundry was not promptly returned, so Debe saw me in the same clothes two days in a row. Concerned, she brought me a change of clothes, toiletries and a blanket. Talk about above and beyond! I was overwhelmed by Debe's kindness to both me and my wife.
