My husband was recently a patient at Texsan. We wanted to recognize one of the nurses who took care of my husband. Deborah was very polite professional and compassionate. What impressed us most is how she is willing to go above and beyond to help us even after discharge. Unfortunately, there was much confusion about our prescriptions at the pharmacy. After several calls from us and our PCP, the problem was resolved. Each time, Deborah was the one who dealt with it trying to resolve the situation. She worked diligently to get the problem resolved. She never made us feel like we were not her problem to deal with since he was no longer a patient at the hospital. I cannot tell you how much we appreciate how she treated my husband while he was a patient under her care and how she treated us after discharge. She was an absolute professional with an excellent bedside manner who truly cares about her patients.
