Deborah Fakolade, RN Child

Deborah is a great example of an empathic and compassionate nurse with high-quality skills in the management of children with complex needs. Her hard work and dedication to her patients go far beyond her job description. Deborah will voluntarily come off her leave to support staff and patients when there is a complex issue, she will constantly call in to check on me to give me support and make sure I am fine. I have never seen such a commitment in the line of duty. She is loved and admired by the families she works with and is a great ambassador not only of the Trust values but of nursing.
