Deb has the hardest job in the hospital. Making sure we adhere to and always implement proper isolation practices is never ending. She helps us all be better nurses; she increases the effectiveness of care being provided to our patients. She is probably the firmest yet fairest healer I've encountered and she does an amazing job maintaining a friendly demeanor and always being approachable. She tirelessly is on guard to enforce rules; and is always ready to teach.

Deb is awesome and getting to work with her makes this a better place for us and for our patients.
