Deb is usually the first to arrive and last to leave as she tends to the needs of the staff and department. Almost every day, Deb puts on scrubs and is ready to assist staff in any capacity, be it as the Director and her duties in long-term planning, or as a scrub/circulator in one of the ORs. She can be found mopping floors, emptying linens, liaising with physicians or sales reps, scheduling surgeries, or mentoring staff…. All before 9 am! As an employee for the past 30 years, she shows a quiet confidence in her skills and knowledge and is happy to represent the organization in any capacity, at any time.
