Facing cancer and the following treatments is not what anyone thinks "they" will ever have to go through. It's a scary situation even if you keep a brave face on. Debbie greeted me with a beautiful smile and friendly attitude on day one of my treatments and every single day since. She has a unique quality of making you feel like you've known her for years. A hug on days when you need it and a positive outlook on life and family- that's Debbie. I feel so fortunate to have had Debbie by my side and will always think of her and that smile.
