Debbie is the epitome of compassion, not only towards patients, but towards co-workers as well. She has always been actively engaged in striving to improve the excellence of our practice by furthering education for staff and implementing best practices. She is supposed to be retired, but continues to work due to short staffing and the needs of our department because she always goes above and beyond and genuinely cares. Debbie is so devoted, kind, caring and treats everyone the same.
