Deb is the kindest person I have ever worked with. On a very busy day, she came in for her shift. Seeing how busy it was, she stopped what she was doing and immediately asked if there was anything she could do. She started 3 IV's, completed an admission data assessment, and took a patient to the bathroom. She is always offering her help when she knows we are drowning. When things get hard, she is the first person I call. I'm a new nurse and she is always teaching me new things and ways to be a better nurse. I will always be grateful for her. Deb is irreplaceable!
