Ms. Deborah has outstanding performance and a positive personality in reducing patient anxiety due to late treatment and the availability of chemotherapy medication. Ms. Deborah de-escalated the situation in a calm and professional manner. She took the time to listen to the patient's concerns and also gave a detailed explanation about the delay. She then returned to the patient at regular intervals until the medication came and ensured the treatment was completed without further concerns from the patient.

The patient was very grateful and wrote a note in Arabic about how the nurse treated him with dignity and respect. I then translated the document as best as possible.
