I needed several prescriptions filled and had exhausted all the ways I know how to make it possible. Going to Advocate South Suburban Hospital ER was a desperate move. Meeting you was so beneficial, and I want you to realize how you really helped me beyond all the calls and attempts to contact the doctors. There is no need to be any more specific in this note, other than to let you know that I was called by my pharmacy about two hours after arriving home. I was told that all my medications were available for pickup! What a great Surprise! I'd like you to know that your advocacy was tremendously appreciated. Advocate South Suburban Hospital has a committed and wonderful person on its staff that exhibits all its mission statement says... to serve the healthcare needs of individuals... Debbie, you are a world-class nurse!
