You are not only the sole SANE in your community, but one of the very few certified SANEs in Oregon’s eastern region, and are the most geographically isolated certified SANE in the state. The fact that you have met and maintained the rigorous standards of certification while sustaining your practice in such an environment is truly remarkable.
