Deborah Webb is a gift to Health Care . She has the heart for people and is always the first to step up in any situation. Her caring nature puts her above even our best healthcare workers. There is never a negative word spoken about her from coworkers, doctors, patients, or their family members. One word to describe Debbie is 'exceptional'. She is an exceptional listener, nurse, problem solver, teacher, and leader. Even on the hardest days, Debbie always has a smile on her face and is ready to tackle any problem she is facing. As a charge nurse she leads by example. She faces every problem head on and is ready to pull others in to expand their abilities in the nursing field.
