Every Friday I overhear Deb with her Joint Class patients and every Friday I am so thrilled by her customer service skills. She truly caresforher patients and it's evident just in the way she greets them. She is warm, friendly, understanding to their needs, and personable. Often when we register these patients, we can sense their anxiety. Once they meet Deb, you can physically see a change in their expression, bodylanguage,and demeanor. She calms them.
Deb also spends countless hours preoperatively to make sure that our patients are medically sound prior to their procedures to prevent postoperative complications. Thank you for taking such great care of our patients, mind, body and soul.
