Debra has taken on many roles in the surgery department and has done an amazing job. The OR turnover time for April was 20 minutes, and one of the reasons for this has been the improved communication between outpatient surgery and the OR. Debra is constantly calling the nurses in outpatient surgery or walking over to communicate updates and changes. She communicates well with the surgeons and anesthesia.
