We had a very difficult patient on the unit (history of mental illness, yelling, cursing, and very demanding). Debra was so patient with her and caring. The patient appreciated and responded well to Debra's care. She made the patient feel comfortable and took her to the Healing Garden all while caring for 3 other patients and helping a coworker with an emergency!
