Debra demonstrates excellent care and empathy to her patients, her daily performance demonstrates her commitment and compassion to all patients she interacts with on any given day. Her patients always ask for her by name and come back to clinic with enjoyment of talking to her. Debra works as a device RN and often deals with patients crying and scared when their defibrillator goes off. Debra is understanding and comforting to the patients. This is something that is not taught but is a reflection of the wonderful person she is to her coworkers and patients.
