I have had the pleasure of working with Deb as a house float, including the critical care units for the past three years. She takes an assignment with grace and I've never seen a harder working nurse. She defines compassion, giving all patients the best care possible. She adapts to multiple assignments without complaining, striving to help her coworkers in the process. I can recall many situations where she has admitted patients, transferred, then took a new assignment on a different unit to assist where needed. Very few nurses would still have a smile on their face, but Deb exemplifies positivity in any given situation.
Deb provides the highest standards of care that Adventist Health and Rideout aims to achieve and she is an asset to this organization. She would make even Florence Nightingale proud. Thank you, Deb, for being the extraordinary nurse you are and improving the well-being of others in our community!
