I visited the ER for a large kidney stone but I was going through many issues in my life. Debra Lillycrop was professional but kind to my pain needs as well as emotional ones. I described my problems. If all nurses were as compassionate as Ms. Lillycrop, then ER visits would be much less stressful. She's a compliment to your hospital and deserves the DAISY Award for her actions. She made a painful experience more manageable without medication.
