Deb is always a very hard-working, diligent nurse. She provides amazing care to her patients through thorough assessments and never misses the tiniest of details. Most importantly, she is a team player. She is always happy to use her vast knowledge to help her fellow co-workers and never leaves someone in a situation they can't handle.
Many times I've needed a second opinion on an assessment or needed help moving a patient and Deb doesn't hesitate to jump up and help! I learn from her on a regular basis and when she's here I know without a doubt, she has my back. Deb is the kind of nurse I want around when a patient deteriorates and possesses the knowledge and skills all us nurses should strive for.
