Debra is an exceptional nurse who goes out of her way to ensure an optimal level of care for all of her patients. It is inspirational to watch her in action on OB. It is obvious how much she loves that unit and the patient population in the level of care she provides. She listens to her patients, she comforts them, and makes them feel safe.
