Debra provides ongoing support and education for our team of nurses and leadership team. She also assists us with hiring and mentoring new employees. Debra is a nurse who comes in at all times of the day to meet and discuss growth and progress with each individual nurse. This includes meeting with the preceptors for the nurses as well as teaching them new processes and ways to coach and grow.
Debra is dedicated to the team's success and ensures that they do everything possible to provide the team with a wonderful experience to Florida Hospital. She goes above and beyond for myself, and my team specifically. With all of the recent changes occurring, she has remained flexible and understanding. She has gone above and beyond in helping me to learn my role and to keep me updated and informed on any and all changes in an extremely timely manner. I have never met a more dedicated and motivated person. Debra always motivates and helps the staff, and she encourage our nurses to learn and grow and offers them opportunities to do so. I am blessed to work with her and really appreciate all of her help and support in helping to grow my nursing team.
