Deepti's attitude and big smile were so welcoming last night! She made sure I knew how to reach her, and described the visitations she would make during the night. I never had to ring for anyone as they checked on me hourly. She tucked me into bed for the night and made sure I was not in pain. In the morning, she introduced the day staff to me before leaving. That made me comfortable.
