Deidre Chase, BSN, RN

Overall, Deidre is a compassionate and selfless RN who works nonstop to care for her patients in Hemodialysis. Over the last 10 months that I have worked on the unit, I have watched her get to know her patients personally. She has built an amazing rapport with her patients and makes them feel comfortable while on the machine for 4 hours at a time. When our patients start to get restless she comforts them by pulling up a chair alongside them and engaging in meaningful conversation. As a charge nurse, she helps her teammates effortlessly and without complaint. She is organized and diligent when it comes to attaining orders from our doctors. She is an amazing asset to this team!
