Coming in the first day of my dad's stroke and seeing the immobile and helpless condition my dad was in was very disheartening. In Deirdre's presence, I began to quickly feel reassured. I greatly appreciated the amount of detail she was able to provide for me in all the questions I had for her. Her confidence in what she knew carried through in the way she cared for my dad. She'd constantly encourage him to practice movement, even when other nurses thought it was hopeless. I admired her dedication to ensuring that all my dad's needs were catered to.
Under her watch, I was always confident that the right thing would be done. Certainly, Deirdre is a pleasant person to be around, and the knowledge she carries made me confident that while under her watch, my dad would be okay. She is certainly a person who deserves only the best of the best in her future endeavors.
