Deirdre is truly one of a kind! Her expertise and bedside manner make for the most exceptional nurse. I’ve had the honor of working with her for almost 10 years and there has never been a time that I don’t walk into a great working environment when she is on duty. She takes the hard patients, she works well with all the doctors, she problem solves and takes action when needed. She sets her on-coming nurse up for success. She truly cares deeply for each person she takes care of! I have few people I would trust caring for any of my loved ones and she would be one person I would handpick! I have learned so much from her and continue to every time I work with her. I’m grateful for the way she has helped me grow as a nurse!
