I have been in many hospital and nursing homes. DeLacy is a go-getter. She helps her aides making sure her patients get what they need. If the aide needs help, DeLacy is on the spot (unless she is helping her own patient). DeLacy deserves the DAISY Award.

I have been in the hospital for 10 days and I am lactose intolerant. DeLacy reported to the dietary that I was lactose intolerant and I received the appropriate diet. I was so excited. On the last day of my stay dietary did not send the appropriate diet, DeLacy sent dietary a note to bring me the appropriate diet. I really appreciated DeLacy being concerned to ensure I received the appropriate meal. DeLacy is the best!
