Our grandma has been in a delicate state for the past four days and was brought to the Hospital for urgent care. We have been so worried that the communication barrier would be a problem.

However, Della assured her that she would be tended to. Our grandma is super content with Della’s help, she lights up as soon as Della walks in, because she knows she’ll be able to ask for almost anything. Della is so patient & sweet, she even came to check on us, at times. We’re thankful to have Della as one of our grandma’s nurses.
