Delaney actually heard what I had to say and responded as fast as she could per procedures. She made me feel comfortable. Her friendliness and compassion reflect what I find to be kindness in the highest traditions of Nursing. In my opinion, Delaney advocated for me in any way she could and likewise, did everything she could to help me during my stay. Delaney is the reason I stayed at the hospital for treatment. With her encouragement and other team members, I was open to treatment and made the commitment to stay for treatment.
