I have absolutely no idea how to put into words the level of service and compassion my family received from Morgan. His entire energy and presence made it impossible to be anything but happy and optimistic when he was around. He trained my mom and my family for several days on her new ostomy. He was incredibly helpful and thorough. He made us all comfortable with his sense of humor and allowed my mom to maintain her dignity at the same time. He spent so much time teaching and reiterated everything that was important until he was certain we all understood. He left the room multiple times to get all kinds of supplies to find what worked best for my mom and even gave us his work phone number so we could call him directly with questions or concerns. His level of empathy was unmatched. Morgan went above and beyond his job expectations in so many ways. You can tell for certain he absolutely loves his job. I wish every nurse was just like Morgan. He made a true difference in our lives, and I am forever grateful.
