What an extraordinary and loving person assigned to my care.  She answered all questions, explained the function of the equipment and any and all help I might need at home.  She went over discharge papers, prescriptions, etc.  Her loving care is to be noted. Praise to Shannon for employing such amazing people, Especially Delani.  My experience has been all for the better.  Thank you.

Delani is truly an exceptional nurse.  She is professional & efficient, yet when she was attending to my needs, she made me feel like I was her only patient.  She exercised patience when answering my questions & was quick in offering assistance to alleviate any problems.  The way she cares for her patients, along with her kindness and compassion demonstrates that nursing is not just a job for her but a true calling.

Delani is all smiles, whatever & whenever I needed anything she was smiling & happy to do whatever I asked.  She is smart and knowledgeable about her work.  She seems to enjoy the job.
