Delbert Carter, BA in Science, RN

Mr. Carter is the most hardworking nurse at Andrus. Mr. Carter works as the Night Manager covering the whole building. When there are call-outs on the floor (sometimes we are short-staffed on the floors), Mr. Carter would do the Med pass and wound care on top of being a house supervisor with no complaints. Mr. Carter is always nice, friendly, helpful, and approachable to every staff member. Mr. Carter is reliable and seldom calls outs unless he is very sick. Mr. Carter is an asset anywhere he goes. He is very pleasant to work with and behaves in a professional demeanor.
