Delena was fabulous. She is quiet in nature but mighty in skills. Delena has great skills. She is calm and caring. Delena made me feel at ease. She took care of me not only physically but also emotionally. She offered encouragement. She answered all my questions and concerns. She took the time to talk to and care for me. She went over and beyond to make sure my care was top-notch.
