Demarcus demonstrates compassion and caring. Recently one of our nurses needed help and everyone else was saying they were too busy but Demarcus stepped in and assisted her!
Demarcus is a very caring and compassionate nurse. He is mentioned on Patient Satisfaction surveys every month. In addition, while rounding on a recent patient he was described as "awesome, very professional". The patient went on to say she never had to wait for the call light very long because Demarcus was always right there for her. He made her stay exceptional and she did not feel like she was at a hospital. Demarcus was the light she needed.
