Demi is very understanding and helpful, explaining in detail all questions I asked. She has excellent people skills. We really appreciated everything she did for us.

I felt she went out of her way to make us comfortable. She showed concern for my privacy and dignity as well as my health. The entire staff is a reflection of her professionalism and compassion. This was my fifth surgery at Eastside plus my daughter was born here in 1993. I always choose Eastside and I think the hospital gets better and better with each stay.

During my stay, Demi took it upon herself to make a difficult call about my care. That led to the doctor not really understanding it. But that call gave my body the additional time to heal and the time my body needed to get my numbers back to normal. Everything turned out great but had I gone home feeling as I did, I would have ended up back in the hospital. Demi treated me like I was family and I felt like she really cared.
