Nurse Dencil took care of my newborn in the nursery. As a first-time parent, I was hysterical and extremely emotional having to see my daughter sick and in an incubator. She was very attentive and astute to my daughter's medical needs as well as to my emotional needs. She was able to answer every question I had and made sure I understood my daughter's medical condition. You can tell she genuinely cares about all the babies under her care. Kaiser Permanente Fresno Medical Center is really lucky to have her on their team.
