Denis was very kind, kept your spirits up and made you feel relaxed and welcome. This is much needed when you are trying to be relaxed before surgery. After I was back from recovery, remembering that I had stated I had a headache from not having my coffee since I had to fast before surgery, he personally made me a cup- with vanilla creamer too! He went that extra mile in trying to comfort me and assist me. He continually checked in to make sure I was feeling better and always had a smile and kind words. Thank you, Denis! You are a wonderful Nurse to serve us here in Venice!
