I would like to express my thanks and appreciation for the care that I received here at Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center after my heart surgery. There is a nurse that I feel went above and beyond the call of duty; Denise Teal, RN

She took care of me selflessly and really comforted me after my surgery putting away my anxiety and just helping me to cope with what I just went through. Her bedside manner was just impeccable, I would like to recognize her for her high level of care, not just to me but to her other patients as well, I felt that this is not just a job for her but speaks to her very character and her love for humanity. Please show her the recognition she is due.
