I can't say all the extraordinary things Denise does or it would take me all day! She comes into the room and she always has a big smile on her face. I had to have a dressing changed often and it's not the most comfortable thing in the world. She is always saying to tell her if anything she does hurts or feels uncomfortable while doing the dressing change because she wants to know so she can fix it before she moves on. She reminds me that she wants me to feel comfortable with her putting the dressing on and after the dressing is on, even if it means it doesn't look right. Denise is so polite, comforting, and warm. As I am writing this, I am tearing up because it means a lot to me to have someone care so much about the seemingly monotonous task of doing a dressing change. Thank you!
