Denise is an awesome nurse and person. I pretty much live in hospitals and it is a pleasure to find someone like Denise. She responds to your needs almost immediately and if she can't, she makes sure someone can assist you. She truly cares about her patients and explains things when you question a protocol and have concerns. Denise doesn't get frazzled or impatient when she is bombarded with call bells and other nurses calling her. Denise even gave me a couple of suggestions of how to rest in the hospital and one night I slept like a baby. Denise has a special spirit.
