During her shift, Denise set herself above her field by going the extra mile, so to speak. I requested something that is available but apparently rarely required, but she was able to find what I needed by going to different floors and units of the hospital. She is very personable and knowledgeable in her profession, and her time management from basic services to pain management was impeccable.
