As a previously retired nurse, my expectations for a nurse who would talk to me about my husband's orders and progress were very high. We had a need to understand the rapid crisis from my husband's diagnosis of Pulmonary Fibrosis. Denise's skill, years of experience and caring helped us through the daily crisis. Most important she communicated constantly. My children were assured that their father was well-cared for at all times. Although she was caring for a second patient, she made us feel like we were her only patient and family.

Denise Currey is a credit to this hospital and the nursing profession. She is an "angel".
