I came into the hospital in a great deal of pain. Unable to pass stool, unable to even keep down water and prep for a colonoscopy. Denise showed me so much compassion and gave me such excellent care that she made this painful situation much better. She comforted me as I vomited, protecting my hair and clothes and sponge bathed me to clean me after surgery. I've been diagnosed with colon cancer this week and everything she did and the manner in which she worked, made this situation less painful, less traumatic, and less exhausting. All of your staff are amazing and have shown me so much compassion, honesty, support, and kindness that I know my life will be changed by this experience. Thank you, Denise. You are the very definition of love and compassion.
