Denise Jensen, BSN, RN

I was seen in the Bellevue Immediate Care Clinic in June for a lesion on my head. The PA who saw me advised me to have a biopsy and she put in a referral to Dermatology. I was called the following Monday and scheduled for the first open spot, which was mid July. My wife, who is a retired RN, sent a One Chart message that the date was too far away. Densie Jensen messaged me that she was working on getting me in sooner. Due to Denise's efforts, I was called that day and scheduled for a dermatology appointment the next day. If Denise had not done that, I would have been worrying for a month. Denise kept me informed and went out of her way to get me in earlier. I feel she truly understands what it means to take an interest in the patients. She really represents the care in the Immediate Care clinic. She is a treasure!
