I have had a special connection with Denise. My husband's pap was once a resident of hers. She had just worked a 12-hour shift but stayed after her shift was over because she didn't want him to pass away by himself and wanted the family to get some rest. She stayed and held his hand so he wouldn't be alone during his final moments. She puts 100% into everything she does and every shift she works. She has a way of connecting with our residents and families, no matter how difficult the situation. Denise is so loving, caring, and personable. If anyone has a question or concern regarding a resident, you can approach her at any time and she will listen. Denise is always willing to help anyone and is a great asset to Haven Place. With a positive attitude and a smile on her face, Denise never shows her frustration or that she is having a bad day. I would trust my care in her hands.
