Denise has a personality that shows even before she speaks! There's a smile on her face and you know that it is genuine. A people person is another name for her. My husband had open heart surgery and he was anxious about this. He felt like he wasn't going to live through this, but she was there for him and he trusted her. Of course, it was after he came to, but her telling him what to expect helped him to know he came through this and he was doing fine. She reassured him and that was wonderful not just for him, but us too! She kept us informed throughout the long day. A friendly hug, a touch on the arm, and a pat on the shoulder, she lets us know that she cares. We love her!
